Great upgrade

- 07th July 2018

I ordered a number of TTP products and just installed them all on the bike. Breathe is a proper name for this product. It really does let the engine perform.

2007 T100

- 27th February 2018

Installed the Stage 1 Torque Induction Kit. Bike also has SAI removed as well as airbox baffle removed. The kit is very well made and instructions are very informative. As said, the the airbox baffle is a fiddly job but you need to take your time doing the job.

The result after getting the jetting correct is quite obvious. Like others, its a shame these bikes didn't come like this from the factory. The increase in torque throughout the rev range which is where you will do most of your riding puts a smile on your face every time you ride.

Mike was more than happy to reply to a couple of emails (thanks Mike). The only issue I had was the Keihin CVK D-tool did not fit in the motion pro carb tool.I had to file the hex to make it fit but once this was done the tool made adjusting the fuel mixtures very easy to do. Thanks again Mike. I look forward to getting on the dyno for the results.

Current setup is the following .
2007 T100 Boneville
Staintune Mufflers
SAI removed , Airbox baffle removed
TTP stage 1 air induction kit
#42 pilot jet , NZBT needle with one shim.
Two turns out on fuel screw
#135 main jet

Great Value

- 27th June 2017

I installed these components with the TTP Ignitor and coil on my low mileage stock 2004 Thruxton. As factory Trained Tech for these models, all we did was bolt on the TORS, go two steps fatter on the main jet and adjust the CO (pilot jet). There were no packaged kits worth installing in the day. I had everything installed and tuned in 90 minutes and WOW did my bike wake up! I wish I had a dyno to compare before and after, but my "dynobutt" tells me I have a new bike. It pulls like a train. I didn't think I could get these results without going to lumpy cams, taller gearing and flat slides. Money and time well spent! A suggestion for TTP: consider including the tiny O-rings for the mixture screws and float bowl gaskets. The newest carb bikes are now 10 years old. The o-rings are dry. Air can leak past the air screw O-rings causing a headache for such a small overlooked part. These are available through K and L supply in bulk packets so you don't have to buy the entire rebuild kit.

Fantastic upgrade

- 14th June 2017

Fitted to 2006 carb model scrambler in conjunction with Arrow 2 into 1 pipe.
As stock these bikes produce only around 42bhp at the rear wheel. After removing the AI system and air box baffle, igniter remap, change to DNA filter and re jetting ( set up on dyno) the bike now puts out 57 bhp at the wheel and 53ft/lbs torque. Runs smoother, pulls harder and is a much better bike for it. Midrange is particularly impressive and great for real road riding.
Totally recommend TTP products for value and great service. Can't think of a better upgrade package than what's available from them.

Big combo power upgrade!

- 15th May 2017

Added free flow exhausts. Did Breathe and removed airbox baffle. Removed air induction and used largest main jets with single shims. Kept OEM pilot jets as no overrun experienced. Will balance carbs and adjust pilot screw. Added igniter coil and TTP Fire Starter. Bugger me, the 08 bonnie screams now. Massive changes to rev limits, torque and acceleration. Barnet clutch springs next and onto brake n shocks. Great products guys.. highly recommended!

Great

Easy to fit, does what it's meant to.
Excellent, thanks.

Do you want more usable power for your Speedmaster? This is the kit you need.

- 28th July 2016

Kit arrived quickly, thank you TTP.

Did the easy bit first and fitted the breather and filter, took the Speedy for a run, could feel some improvement and a lot better induction sound. The second part, rejetting, great instructions in the kit, thanks again TTP.

If I could offer some advice, dont rush this job give yourself some time then you will not get stressed when you remove the carbs, fiddly but take your time. I fitted the larger main jet as advised in the instructions, fitted one shim to each needle and very important fitted the new hex screws when closing the carbs up. Started the bike, very crisp on the throttle, nice. Took the bike out for a good run, 80 miles. Engine response noticably better and above 3500 rpm just hang on. What a transformation. Want a wolf in sheeps clothing, fit this kit. Enjoy. Keep your knees in the breeze!
